All fees for our services are clearly stated at the time of registration. Fees paid to CK Capital are service fees for access to evaluation programs and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days' notice.

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Simulated trading results do not guarantee future performance. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Users acknowledge and accept all risks associated with trading and assume full responsibility for their trading decisions.

CK Capital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
